For Senior UX Designer
Responsibilities
1. Lead interaction design, including mobile product design and mini-game framework design.
2. Synthesize business requirements and, through product requirement understanding and data analysis, efficiently deliver well-reasoned design solutions.
3. Participate in early-stage product planning and research, accurately identify real user needs, and propose systematic solutions.
4. Maintain an open mindset with flexible thinking; stay curious about AI-driven innovation and emerging design trends; actively share knowledge and help broaden the team’s professional perspective.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in a design-related discipline, with over 5 years of experience in mobile internet experience/interaction design.
2. Strong logical thinking skills; proven ability in user need analysis and business requirement decomposition; capable of independently defining comprehensive design strategies, proposing innovative solutions, and driving implementation.
3. Excellent experience design capabilities with a high level of aesthetic judgment; passionate about design and committed to delivering exceptional user experiences.
4. Deep understanding of user experience and design trends; proficient in leveraging data analysis to identify opportunities for experience improvement.
5. Experience in game-related projects and end-to-end delivery of holistic design solutions is a strong plus.
For Senior UI Designer
Responsibilities
1. Lead visual UI design for apps.
2. Establish UI design systems and guidelines aligned with brand identity, based on mobile design principles and standards.
3. Define overall visual direction and ensure consistency, clarity, and expressiveness of visual language across platforms.
4. Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams, respond efficiently in an agile environment, think critically and proactively, and ensure high-quality design delivery and implementation.
Requirements
1. Over 3 years of experience in app UI design; experience with social, live streaming, esports, or gaming products is a strong plus.
2. Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
3. Strong logical thinking and the ability to quickly and deeply understand business logic while maintaining a user-centered perspective; capable of independently developing complete design rationales and consolidating design solutions.
4. Strong user empathy with solid UX theory foundations; excellent execution and production capability; well-rounded professional skills, able to independently handle design challenges across features and modules and deliver end-to-end solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
• Ability to create interactive demos (e.g. ProtoPie, Flinto, Principle) and motion design skills using tools such as After Effects (AE).
• Over three years of experience in app interface design, with project experience in social media, live streaming, esports, or gaming products preferred;
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator;
• Strong logical thinking, with the ability to quickly and deeply understand business logic, balance user perspectives, independently derive complete design concepts, and summarize and elaborate design solutions;
• Empathy for users and solid theoretical knowledge of user experience, strong production skills; comprehensive professional abilities, able to independently address issues in specific business and functional modules within overall design, and complete comprehensive solutions across multiple stages independently.
• Bonus: Proficiency in interactive demo software (including but not limited to ProtoPie, Flinto, Principle) and motion design (After Effects).
Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for the planning, creation, and packaging of visual effects for overseas game products, delivering trendy, impactful, and visually engaging motion effects.
2. Work closely with UX designers and game art teams to deeply understand product requirements and objectives, providing motion-driven design solutions from a dynamic perspective.
3. Use motion design tools to produce smooth, appealing animations, and collaborate with development teams to ensure successful implementation in the final product.
4. Participate in the development of motion design guidelines, continuously improving and maintaining motion asset libraries and delivery templates to enhance product experience and design efficiency.
5. Communicate and collaborate efficiently with developers to refine, test, and optimize motion effects, independently driving implementation while ensuring consistency between design and final output.
6. Stay up to date with global trends, emerging technologies, and industry innovations in motion design, conducting research and sharing insights on a regular basis.
Requirements
1. Minimum 3 years of experience in game motion design; a background in animation, digital media, video design, or related fields is preferred. Experience in gaming, entertainment, or e-commerce projects is a plus.
2. Solid foundation in animation principles and motion design theory; proficiency in tools such as After Effects (AE), Spine, ProtoPie, Figma, Principle, and related plugins or interactive prototyping software.
3. Strong creative thinking and aesthetic judgment, with the ability to independently translate design concepts into expressive and high-quality motion designs.
4. Excellent communication skills and strong team collaboration abilities, capable of working effectively with product managers, designers, and development teams.
5. Experience with animation production in Cocos or Unity engines is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with the Lead Artist to define the artistic style of game environments and props, and produce environment concept design templates, guidelines, and standards.
2. Create high-quality concept art for in-game environments, scenes, and assets based on different themes and visual styles.
3. Demonstrate strong imagination and creativity, with a solid understanding of environment design for card and board-style games.
4. Work closely with development teams across the pipeline to communicate, refine, and follow through on the final in-game presentation of environment assets.
Requirements
1. Passionate about games, with 3+ years of experience in game development; strong awareness of player experience and the ability to support product optimization through art design.
2. Solid foundation in drawing and visual fundamentals, with strong skills in form, composition, color, and a high level of aesthetic judgment and creativity.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; capable of accurately understanding design requirements and delivering work efficiently.
4. Proficient in Photoshop and other mainstream digital painting tools; strong understanding of the full production pipeline from 2D concept art to 3D environment implementation.
5. Proficient in using AI-assisted tools, with curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging technologies.
Nice to Have
• Experience with 3D environment design or modeling.
